A BIG - BIG - BIG - thanks to Chris and Kelly for all their hard work recently. Chris and Kelly have been attending West Bay since our first service in January - they have many God given talents. Kelly successfully negotiated a donation for us from a man named Jim (I will get his business name soon and post it). He owns a brick company and was doing a local garden show and decided to donate the whole show design to West Bay Community Church! Wooohoo! 4 pallets of landscape brick!
I took some snap shots on my phone to show all of us helping. Chris owns Exotic Ponds and Landscaping and they are planning on creating a wonderful design for the Church this summer. Our hope is to have new shrubbery, palms, and these bricks to create walking areas plus using the retaining wall bricks to make a new sign out front - this will help out tremendously. Thanks to Christopher, Karen, Holly and Joni for helping pick up about a ton of bricks :-)Chris and Kelly are also helping out by sanding the original pine floors of the sanctuary to get it ready for possibly opening it up by the end of
